We are sad to announce that, on May 5, 2026, at the age of 82, Bobby Johnson (Cliffside, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LeeAnna and Robert. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Johnson; his daughter Sherrie; his son-in-law Jay Moore; his granddaughter Jayna Moore-Sale (Tim Sale); and his siblings, Bill Johnson (Cecile), Betty Dalton and Bruce Johnson (Glenda). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
In honor of Bobby's life and his commitment to helping others, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills (PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043) or to Goode's Creek Baptist Church (PO Box 720, Cliffside, NC 28024).
