He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Fields and Cletis Wright Fields. He is survived by: his son Jacob Fields; his sisters, Phyllis Wicker and Linda Key; and his nephews, Phil Key Jr., Bryan Key, Brad Wicker and Greg Wicker.
