He is survived by: his wife Kimberly W. Phelps; his children, Kaitlin Anne Phelps, Cecilia Joy Phelps, Charlie Grace Phelps and Elizabeth Raine Phelps; his parents, Charles Phelps and Virginia Phelps; and his siblings, Brad Phelps (Jennifer) and Stephanie Phelps Burr (Jason). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a great nephew.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the George Brothers Funeral Service (803 Greenhaven Dr, Greensboro, NC 27406). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
