She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond VanBlarcom and Edith Shuart; her husband John Ruben Williams, Sr.; her children, John Ruben Williams, Jr. and Peggy W. Goforth; her grandson Stephen Borkowski; and her siblings, Everett Van Blarcom, Raymond Van Blarcom and Marion Pitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Burkeen (Dennis Burkeen) and Mary Stroup (David); her grandchildren, Laura Mathis (Anthony), Jennifer Williams (Kenneth), Michael Borkowski, Christian Williams, Sara Goforth, Heather Williams and Zach Goforth; her stepgrandson Cory Burkeen; and her great grandchildren, Aiden McElveen, Savanna Mathis, Sydney Mathis, Makayla Borkowski, Gunner Burkeen, Brison Burkeen and Teagan Burkeen.
