She is survived by: her husband Floyd Lee Carter; her son Edward Earl Carter (Sharon); her grandchildren, Patrick Carter, Cortney Carter, Devin Carter and Matthew Carter; and her siblings, James Arthur Brewington and Princeton Lee Brewington. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
