She was predeceased by: her parents, Rexton Bernie "Billy" Simmons and Sudie Alene Blackburn Simmons; her husband William "Keith" Naylor; her brother Roy Jennings Simmons; and her nephew Trampus Jennings Simmons.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Leah Naylor (Douglas Lockamy); her siblings, Rexton Billy Simmons (Linda) and Sherry Lee Fann (Keith); her mother-in-law Berneice Naylor; and her grandchildren, Autumn, Hunter Lockamy, Tate and Rocky.
