It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecil Martin of Clinton, North Carolina, born in Halifax, Virginia, who passed away on June 28, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Martin and Signora Robertson Martin; his wife Sarah Margaret; and his brothers, Bobby and Billy Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Cecil Michael Martin of Cary, NC, Marie Nester (Doug), Allison Martin (Debbie) of Clinton and Jane Martin of Clinton; his grandson Scott Martin (Micala); his sibling Hollis White (Jody) of Clinton; his great grandchildren, Caiden, Maddox White of Clinton and Presley Martin; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Martin and Jean Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as friends.
Family is requesting that in lieu of flowers and food, memorial contributions may be made to 4:10 Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that helps the students of Clinton City Schools.
