He is survived by: his children, Jacob Bouwkamp (Heather) of Michigan, Lori Curry (Ralph) of Michigan and Melissa Rivera (Elim) of Roseboro; and his sister Ashely Hunter of Jefferson City, Missouri. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren and 1 Great Grandchild.
