He was predeceased by: his father Charles Lewis Maxwell Sr.; his grandparents, Hazel Smith Draughon, Lonnie Graham Smith, Ada Maxwell and John Robert Maxwell Sr.; and his sister Linda Kay Maxwell.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce Smith Maxwell (Smith); his sister Glenda Maxwell Daw (Mary Hummel); his children, Charles Alexander Maxwell (Jordan) and Victoria Johnson (Johnathan); his grandchildren, Sophia Michelle Maxwell and Joshua Alexander Maxwell; his niece Aspen Clark (Tristan); his nephew Adam Daw; his cousin Connie Miller; and his uncle Clifton.
As his Mom always says to us all- Chuck-You are Always in My Heart and Always In My Mind and I Love Every Inch Of You and I Mean Every Word Of It, In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family to offset funeral expenses.
