He is survived by: his parents, Charlie Ray Lassiter of Waycross, NC and Margaret A. Miller of Turkey, NC; his siblings, Annie Oates of Turkey, NC, Niara Lassiter of Clinton, NC, James T. Smith of Raleigh, NC, Christopher R. Lassiter of Raleigh, NC and Andre D. Lassiter of Turkey, NC; and his grandmother Eva Mae Taylor. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
