He is survived by: his daughter Serena Chambers of Newport News, VA; his siblings, Sandra Oates (Benjie) of Clinton, N. C., Randy Collier (Christine) of Waverly, VA and Benjamin Collier of Clinton, NC; and his stepfather Lee Collier of Waverly, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the R. W. Baker & Company Funeral Home (11414 General Mahone Hwy, Wakefield, VA 23888). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Waverly Cemetery (248 Spring Branch Rd, Waverly, VA 23890).
