It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Harrell of Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Tart and Lottie Smith Tart; and her siblings, L. E. Tart, Eugene Tart, Madeline Vann, Dorothy Butler and Shirley Gervais.
She is survived by: her daughter Wendy Spencer (Bill) of Wilmington; her grandchildren, Rachel Spencer and Alex Spencer; and her siblings, Bonnie Carter of Winston-Salem and J. C. Tart of Goldsboro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
