She was predeceased by: her father Wilbur Howell; her husband William Harold Bradshaw; and her grandson Roger Owens Jr.. She is survived by: her son Pete Owens (Donna) of Fayetteville; her grandchildren, Krystal Owens (Laura) of San Diego, CA and Michael Owens (Melanie) of Stedman; her great grandchildren, Hailey Owens of Stedman, Aiden Owens, Blake Owens, Olivia Owens of Elizabeth City and Julian May of San Diego, CA; and her great great grandchild Ryker Owens of Elizabeth City.
In lieu of flowers, Elsie wished to have contributions made to the National Kidney Foundation.
