She is survived by: her children, Rosetta Owens of Clinton, NC, Betronnie Williams of Manassas, VA, Willie Williams of Greensboro, NC and Richard Williams of Eljin, SC; and her siblings, Peggy Jean Coleman of New Windsor, NY, Geraldine Howard of Newburg, NY, Alice M. Oates of Newburg, NY, Rosa Mitchell of Brooklyn, NY, Henry Oates of Fayetteville, NC, Bennie Oates of Elgin, SC and Ronnie Oates of Sanford, NC. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Snow Hill Missionary Baptist Church (531 Marion-Amos Rd, Roseboro, NC 28385). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Hillcrest Memorial Park (3620 Roseboro Hwy, Clinton, NC 28328).
