He was predeceased by: his parents, Effie Britt Williams and John Blaney Williams; his former wife Jane Fisher Williams; and his siblings, Sally Williams Lucas, Jane Williams Sheffield, Robert Edward Williams, Albert Garland Williams, John Blaney Williams, Jr. (Williams Attorneys), Charles Harper Williams, Hooper Luther Williams and Marshall Cox Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rich Williams; his children, George Thomas Williams, Jr. (Chip) and Venetia Mann (Craig Mann); his granddaughter Eva Barlowe; and his close friend Williams Farms.
