He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Ridley and Ruth Alee Darling Ridley; his daughters, Theresa Staughtry and Bonnie Ridley; and his brother Thomas Ridley.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Muzzy of Clinton, Donna Becker of Belvidere, Tracey Miller of Michigan, Sonja Sharp, Tim Ridley of Clinton and Jerry Ridley of Belvidere, Illinois; and his sisters, Gloria Kirchner, Gail Kienitz and Sandy Stockero. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
