He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Aycock Parson and Essie Jackson Parson; his wife Myrtle Gainey Parson; and his siblings, Carrie Giddens, Lloyd Ingram, Luby Ingram, Rosalee Davis, Addie Pope and Margaret Ball.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home (118 Fayetteville St, Clinton, NC 28328). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
