He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Fields (Joe); his sisters, Ann Thornton (Freddie) and Diana Lewis (Alan); his grandchildren, Falisha Bishop, Austin Bishop, Abagail Fields and Addison Fields; and his girlfriend Mary Fann. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
