He is survived by: his sons, James West, Steven Hank West (Amanda) and Troy West; and his sister Judy Rimel (Harry). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home (118 Fayetteville St, Clinton, NC 28328). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Harmony Baptist Church (1357 Harmony Church Rd, Clinton, NC 28328).
