He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robert Bullard, Jr. and Myrl Jean Spearman Bullard; his sister Vicki Bass; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Bass and Paul Harn.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Brewer Bullard; his sons, Connor Bullard (Phoebe) and Taylor Bullard (Jordan); his grandchildren, Brynn Harper Bullard, Campbell Marie Bullard, Hayes Johnson Bullard and Austin Leigh Bullard; his sisters, Lynn McLamb (Tommy) and Deborah Harn; and his nieces and nephews, George Eakins, Kristy Bass, Bradley Bass, Kristen Shepherd, Cameron McLamb and Dana Inch.
