He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Owens; his children, Shannon Owens, Melissa Owens, Kimberly Owens, Torri Owens, Devon Owens, Jonathon Owens, Brandon Owens (Lakisha), Todd Owens, Matthew Owens and Justin Williams; and his siblings, Janice Highsmith (Jerry), Patricia Sellers (James), Phyllis Monk (James), Debor Lloyd, Don Ray Owens (Joyce), Leander Owens (Annie), Marvin Owens (Christina) and Howard Owens (Everlene). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and many friends.
