It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kermit Williamson Jr. of Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on August 5, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Kermit Dewitt Williamson; and his mother-in-law Mildred Warren Precythe. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Sutton Williamson; his wife Linda Precythe Williamson; his daughters, Elizabeth Leigh and Margaret (Douglas Hillhouse) of Washington, D. C.; his sisters, Debbie Carver, Paula O'Briant, Dale Purcell and Wanda Coleman; and his sister-in-law Jane Hollingsworth.
