He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Douglas Ammons and Sylvia Smith. He is survived by: his sisters, Melissa Medina of Clinton, NC, Janet Jordan of Fayetteville, NC and Charlene Ammons of Florida; and his daughter Emily Gainey. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, extended family, and dear friends.
