She is survived by: her children, Dan Cottle Jr. (Cheryl) of Rocky Mount and Terri McPhail (Mac) of Clinton; and her grandchildren, Jacob Cottle, Chrystal Bell, Amanda Kapl, Nicholas Cottle, Laura Ashley Edwards, Emily Troublefield and Jeremy Bradsher. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
