He is survived by: his stepfather Clement Richardson Shine; his wife Patsy Jean Mattocks Dixon; his daughters, Heather Wright Robinson, Joy Dixon Alderman (Cory) and Sarah Beth Dixon Holland; his grandchildren, Hannah Aaron (Jake), Ethan Bunn, Toby Holland, AnnaLee Alderman and LauraLynn Alderman; his great grandchild Henry Aaron; and his siblings, Jimmy Dixon and Debbie Maples.
