He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gallagher and Lissie Mae Bass Gallagher; and his brother B. J. Gallagher. He is survived by: his son Phillip Morris Gallagher of Warsaw; and his sisters, Ruby Turner, Jessie Morrell, Eva Cannady and Sudie Jones.
The military honors was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Clinton Cemetery (414 W Main St, Clinton, NC 28328).
