It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda Faye Stafford of Clinton, North Carolina, who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ozzie Chambers and Mary Oakley Chambers; her husband Melvin Stafford; and her siblings, Tony, Travis, Edgar, Leonard Chambers, Lila Creech, Shirley Compton and Audrey Wright.

She is survived by: her sons, Kenny Stafford (Kay) of Clinton and Ricky Stafford of Clinton; her grandson Brent Stafford (Kristin); and her great grandchildren, Caroline and Brooks Stafford.
