It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nell Honrine of Clinton, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on January 1, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Cannady and Ozelle Porter Cannady; her grandson Thomas Garrett Faircloth; and her siblings, Edna Sinclair, Hilda Brown, Margaret Crumpler and Leonidas Cannady.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Honrine, Melinda Honrine and Thomas Honrine; her grandchildren, Lauren King, Jordan Faircloth, Jayla and Jamison Honrine; her great grandchildren, Emma, Hayes Hargrove, Harlow James and Tristan Hayes; and her siblings, Roy Cannady (Jewel) and Helen Barnes.
