Orabelle Delores Barnes Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Orabelle Delores Barnes of Clinton, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 31, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Orabelle may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She is survived by: her son Joseph Barnes, III (Joey); and her sisters, Doris Manuel and Martha Taylor. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sandhills Cemetery (3 Sampson St, Clinton, NC 28328).
