She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Fulton Jones and Addie Bell Tart Jones; and her son Dennis Lee Woodcock, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Ivey "Buck" Matthis; her children, William Robert Woodcock (Terri), Tammy Annette Simmons, Peggy Sue Chestnutt (Mike) and Joan Gail Nicholson (Matt); and her sister Sandra Gail Jones. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
