She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Gay and Billy Gay of Middlesex; and her brother Billy Wayne Gay of Middlesex. She is survived by: her husband Gary Luke Rouse; her daughters, Jennifer Rouse Hill (Joshua) of Clinton, Jessica Rouse Martin (Luke) of Clinton and Jillian Rouse Richter (Robby) of Birmingham, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Garrison, Clara Glynn, Gibson Hill of Clinton, Sam, Livie, Betsy, Max, Charlotte Martin of Clinton, Leah, Noah, Eli and Caleb Richter of Birmingham; and her sister Phyllis Hardison.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Patsy's memory to the FWB Children's Home in Middlesex.
