He was predeceased by: his parents, John Perko and Mary Perko; his daughter Jennifer Perko-Priddle; his son-in-law Jeff Truell; and his brothers, John and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Perko; his children, Lee Perko (Faramarz), Lynn Perko-Truell and Chris Perko; and his brothers, Jim and Ken. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and one great-grandson.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (104 E John St, Clinton, NC 28328).
