She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hobert Tackett and Gracie Jane Knipp Tackett; her husband Frank H. Fransen; and her siblings, Christine Dorton, V. Sue Hensley, Betty Jane Young, Herman Tackett, Charles Tackett, Glen Tackett, Roy Tackett and Dennis Tackett.
She is survived by: her children, Frank H. Fransen, Jr. and Debra Fransen Haines; and her siblings, Ruth Burress, Virginia Szwaja and Ronald Tackett. She is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
