We are sad to announce that, on April 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Richard Summerlin Sr. of Clinton, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Zeb Summerlin and Carrie Kornegay Summerlin; his wife Patsy Kelly Summerlin; and his brother Harold Summerlin. He is survived by: his children, Debbie S. West (Joe), Rick Summerlin (Dana) and Kathy S. Foster (Bret); his grandchildren, Jody West, Michael Summerlin, Stephen Summerlin, Grayson Foster, Garrett Foster and Jennifer W. Roach; and his sister Louise Quinn. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made the American Cancer Society, 2202 Wrightsville Ave., Suite 111, Wilmington, NC 28403 or to Grove Park Baptist Church, 609 Northeast Blvd, Clinton, NC 28328.
