He was predeceased by: his father Wellie Marson Warren; and his grandson Andrew Marson Warren. He is survived by: his close friend Jim Cooper; his wife Shelva Quinn Warren; his children, Mark Warren (Amy) of Elizabeth City, William "Bill" Marson Warren (Lori) of Clinton and Kimberly Warren LaBorde (Nathan) of Clinton; his grandchildren, Cole, Trey, Matthew Warren, Liam, Rhys LaBorde, Alex Kockler, Morgan Lowry and Brayden Lowry; his siblings, Douglas Wayne Warren and Anne Underwood (Gene); his sister-in-law Delores Quinn; and his pet Sadie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
