He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Allie Clack and Anna Lee Bell Clack. He is survived by: his son Jeremy; his brother Donald Clack (Anne); and his aunts, Emma Gray Strickland and Faye Bell. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
