She is survived by: her children, Evelyn Canady (David), Ricky Myers (Jane) and Sandra Polk (Darin); her sisters, Alice Puryear and Gail Carter; her grandchildren, Shannon Barber, Jamie Myers, Elizabeth Murphy, Samantha Wilhoit, Justin Polk, Matthew Polk, Chris Williams and Will Canady; and her sisters-in-law, Lila Hope and Lois Hope. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
