He is survived by: his father Elliott Lloyd "Sam" Vann (Linda); his daughters, Christie Vann (Chad Merrell) of Raleigh and Cheri Grimes (Ashley) of Faison; his sister Judy Weavil (Mark); and his pet Roxie.
