She was predeceased by: her parents, Stedman Blackburn and Annie Fowler Blackburn; and her son Hugh McCullen. She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn M. Byrd (Jeff) of Faison; and her siblings, Ruby Smith, Walter Blackburn, Amos Blackburn and Carl Blackburn.
