She was predeceased by: her parents, William Curt Blackburn and Sudie Lee Pope Blackburn; her husband Rexton Bernie "Billy" Simmons; her son Roy Jennings Simmons; her grandson Trampas Jennings Simmons; her son-in-law William Keith Naylor; and her siblings, Lambert Blackburn, Milton Blackburn, Wayne Blackburn, Larry Blackburn and Maybelle Westbrook.
She is survived by: her children, Rexton Billy Simmons (Linda) of Clinton, Barbara Lou Naylor of Clinton and Sherry Lee Fann (Keith) of Salemburg; her granddaughters, Toni Brooke Simmons (David), Amy Leah Naylor (Douglas) and Sherry Leanna Fann (Zack); her great grandchild Alexis Simmons; and her brother Curtis Blackburn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
