She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ira Godwin and Lou Ester Lee Godwin; her husband Theldon Ray Tew; and her siblings, Beulah May Godwin, Lee Ingram Godwin, Peggy Godwin, Earthly Godwin, Charles Godwin and Lucille G. Hinson.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Green (Randy), Kathy Faircloth (Eddie) and Keith Tew (Lois); her sisters, Mary Cannady and Gloria Boone; her grandchildren, Debra Snead (Blaine), Michelle Klott (Phil) and Dwayne Faircloth (Sara); and her great grandchildren, Hayden Roberts and Kasen Snead.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to White Oak Baptist Church in Clinton or a charity of one's choice.
