He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bryant Anders and Irene Aman Anders; his wives, Orma Mae Anders and Annette Brooks Anders; his brothers, Dennis Anders and Wayne Anders; and his siblings-in-law, Arie Bradshaw, Janice Anders and Alice Anders.
He is survived by: his daughter Kaye Sessoms (Walter); his stepson Les Brooks (Angie); his grandchildren, Will Sessoms (Shannon) and Jamison Sessoms (Josh Rochelle); his siblings, Joe Anders of Clinton, Lib Bradshaw of Faison, Cat Lee (C. H.) of Newton Grove and Linda Faircloth (Charles) of Roseboro; and his sister-in-law Mary Anders of Turkey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
