He is survived by: his parents, Adam Whitfield and Jamie McLamb Simmons; his sisters, Abigail and Anna Simmons; his grandparents, Johnny Michael McLamb (Marilyn Thompson), JW and Betty Simmons of Clinton; his close friend Karime Acosta; his aunt Terra (Trey Phillips); his uncles, John (Kelly McLamb), Darren (Tina Jackson), Nicholas (Beth Simmons) and Josh (Magon Simmons); and his cousins, Maddy, Emily, Preslee, Ryley, Miley, Aubree, Macie, Emersyn, Ellisyn, Luke, Ella and Grier. He is also survived by many other friends & relatives.
