She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hinde and Bernadine Hinde; her husband Howard Futrell; her former husbands, Bud Slone and Melvin Roberts; Scott Roberts, Virginia Dean and Pat Waters.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Hathaway (James); and her grandchildren, Shane Roberts (Marley), Jessica Merritt (Ben) and Brandy Phipps (Kyle). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; along with numerous extended family.
