He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Bruce James Holder; his parents, Ray Holder and Bonnie Warren Holder; and his brothers, Charles and Carrol.
He is survived by: his spouse Shelby Sorrells Holder; and his children, Lisa, Kim, Tami and Kerry.
A memorial service was held on Monday, May 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Baptist Church (39 Robinson Rd, Clyde, NC 28721).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in his memory to Oak Grove Baptist Church, as a tribute to his lifelong devotion to his faith and community.
