She was predeceased by: her parents, John Paul Jones and Dorothy Whitmire Jones; her husband Carroll "Bill" Burch, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruby J. Knight, Locke M. Jones and Curtis P. Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Lynne B. Kirby (Randy), Gail B. Harrington (Greg) and Carroll Burch Jr. (Debra); and her sister Coleen Howery of Newton, NC. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Clyde First Baptist Church (227 Main St, Clyde, NC 28721). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorials be made in Mrs. Burch's memory to First Baptist Church of Clyde, PO Box 356, Clyde, NC 28721.
