It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry David Holt of Clyde, North Carolina, born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Holt and Mary Wyatt Holt; his wife Virginia Holt; his granddaughter Melody Deeter; and his great grandchild Marley Brown.

He is survived by : his children, Pat Bryant (Steven) and David Holt (Dina); and his grandchildren, Holly Beauregard, Dustin Bryant, Christy Melton, Shawn Holt, Christian Holt and Henry Holt. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
