She was predeceased by : her parents, William Leroy Davis and Nola Kirkpatrick Davis; her husband William Dean Gaddis; her former life partner Charles Shuler; her close friend Perry Moore; and her siblings, Marcia Davis Mehaffey and William Dale Davis.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sherry Gaddis Dewees (Tom) and Cynthia Gaddis Hunter (Jeff); and her siblings, Wanda Sutton (Jeff) and Steve Davis (Carolyn). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, in-laws, step-children, step-grandchildren and her many friends.
