She was predeceased by: her fathers, Terrance Dwayne Blurton and Robbie Sue Ferguson Holt; her grandparents, Charles Wesley and Maud Forsythe Ferguson; and her aunts and uncles, Roy Charles, Clarence Ferguson, Evelyn Lindsey Webb and Ann Ferguson Worrell.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Walz; her daughter Leslie Brooks; her brothers, David Blurton (Patti) and Mike Blurton (Wanda); and her granddaughters, Olivia Robyn Brooks and Hadley Anne Stepp.
