He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Douglas and Margaret Sisk. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Putnam and Annette Surrett; his sisters, Kelly Putnam and Crystal Hartline; his half-sister Angel Putnam; and also, Charlie Putnam Jr. and Ruth Cyrus.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Waynesville Skate Park (285 Vance St, Waynesville, NC 28786).
